How do I adjust the brew cycle on a Pour Over Commercial Coffee maker- BUNN Model CW15-APS, PF?

The machine ferments, but too fills our POT of 2.2 liters. We must reduce the cycle. We just tried to turn off the switch, but the coffee? continues to drip for a minute or so?

very probably is the float valve, can be dirty inside maching that experianced the same work inside the restaurant and that was the problem. you laugh but take your camera and agiterà real good to loosen up the hard water and the crust generates good luck
